Glad you asked:

1. Click Start.2. Type the three letters cmd into the Search box.3. Click "Run as Administrator".4. Type the following regulates and press Enter after each:

takevery own /f "FULL PATH TO FOLDER" /a /r /d y

(This command also seized ownership of your temp folder)

icacls "FULL PATH TO FOLDER" /t /c /provide administrators:(X) System:F everyone:F

(This command also granted complete access to the temp folder for everyone)

Note: FULL PATH TO FOLDER is simply that, the complete route to the folder.

"C:Old Windows"

Later on you can proceed to delete papers and folders as usual.
