Symantec virus definitions out of date

I simply implement Symantec Manger in the past 2 month. At first every little thing looks fine. However, in the previous 2 weeks. I acquired nearly everyday these alert: CRITICAL: OLD VIRUS DEFINITIONS

I can not go to each computer to manually upday. Instead, from Symantec Manager, I choose "Run command: Update Content and Scan" on all of this computers with out-dated content. I even Run Command to restart these computers.

However before, these actions didn"t help. I still obtain CRITICAL: OLD VIRUS DEFINITIONS everyday with the exact same number of outdated computers.

My question is that why some computers they have the right to auto-update the content. Why are there some can not. And even after I Run Command to upday the content, these computer systems are still having actually outdated virus interpretation.

Could someone help me via this?

Thank you.

Click Message... to customize the message the individuals will certainly see.You cannot specify a period of time during which SEP immediately suppresses the next follow-up notification.Click OK. This will conserve the transforms to the plan.

Note: When the out-of-date definition condition is motivated, you might see the notification message pop up multiple times on the SEP client. This notification proceeds to pop up until the meanings are current (as defined by the SEPM policy).
