Try looking at the printer properties by means of its management page. I"ve watched where tright here is a setup right here to print multiple duplicates.

Also, check the print queue on the server (if it is printing to a appropriate print server favor Windows Server 2003, etc).

Does the application you"re printing from have a "variety of copies" setting? If so, have you checked that setting?

+1. Many type of HP printers have a distinct attribute that prints eincredibly project twice or even more if it is set to carry out that, and also many kind of times I have actually found that someone collection it that way at the printer the one time they essential a multi-copy print job not discovering it would certainly stay that way for all users.

ONUX TECHNOLOGIES is an IT organization provider.

If that is happens with even more than one users

Check this:

1. If the printer is common from a computer/server check the settings on that hold, possibly tbelow is a setting that has a number of copy or something prefer that.

2. Check the settings at the printer level, examine if tbelow is an option for duplicates, that occurred to us lengthy time earlier and what happened was that the client by mistake was transforming some establishing on the printer itself and also set the numbers of copy to 3.

Hope that assist :)

Some printers have actually a duty where they print a proof copy and the amount you specify, but I"m certain it"s supposed to pausage after the proof. Might be worth checking for such a setup.

If you repursuit 3 duplicates, does 4 print out?

Check port settings on driver. Some stselection things might be happening with "Printer Pooling". It must just ever print to one printer at a time, but you might have two various ports pointing to the very same printer. Unlikely, yet again, it"s somewhere else to inspect.
