Pdf disappears after a few seconds

I am enduring some difficulties through displaying PDFs in Seamonvital.When i click on a PDF link, Seamonvital initially opens the linked PDF as it need to perform.But after approx. 2 secs the PDF display disappears. That means tbelow is just a white empty page that deserve to be watched then. But the link is still there in the attend to line. So as soon as i click on refill or the "Go"-button the PDF have the right to be viewed aacquire however just to disappear after 2 seconds again.So to check out PDF while surfing through Seamoncrucial i need to download the according PDFs and also open them outside Seamonvital.This is happening not only since i have actually the latest version of Seamonkey however since a number of versions.Also this happens regardless wether Adobe Acorbat Reader or Foxit Reader is collection as default PDF reader.Any ideas?Thnks in advance

Hi tbelow, it can have something to do with the pop-up blocker. I have actually viewed this happen prior to, although it is rare. Check to watch if it happens once you permit pop-ups.

Oh I simply believed of one more point. You might desire to update Adobe Reader to the latest version if you have actually not already done so, as some of the newer PDF"s need it. Have a Happy ONE!

hi DaveHere,thanks for the quick reply.Tried the Pop-Up thing, didn"t aid.Will have to examine your other advice although i do not think this will certainly aid. Due to the fact that the trouble happens through all PDFs regardless if they are old or brand-new and also at leastern my Foxit Reader is the latest variation.Also this Problem just happens in Seamoncrucial.Firefox, InetExplorer and Opera work fine with PDFs so an outdated Acrobat Reader shouldn"t be the trouble causer i guess.

As a test, produce a new Profile & watch if PDFs open effectively for you.

I had actually the same problem via firefox. I resolved it by clicking Tools->Options->Key Tab. Then click Manage Add-ons and also select Plugins tab.Then pick "Adobe Acrobat plug-in variation 7.0 for Netscape" and click on disable. Your erected might be various, yet it functioned for me.. HTH.

Anvarious other solution:Firefox / Options / Applications:Under: Content Type "Adobe Acrobat document" select: Action "Save file"After that, each time tryng to open up pdf, a document save dialog is opened up permitting to conserve pdf loccaly.
