Does the perchild have actually PST papers attached to their profile? If so, attempt removing them from the profile (Control Panel -> Mail -> Profiles -> Select the profile in question -> go to Account Setups and also remove PST file). Often times when Outlook closes suddenly, there is a data integrity examine done on all PST records when you open the application, which slows points down until it completes.

The OST file is the offline file see of what is on the server (what the user would certainly view if they had Outlook open up however were not associated to the Exchange server). You have the right to try deleting the OST file as well to view if that does anything. Just recognize that as soon as you delete the OST file, the OST file will redevelop the following time the user opens up Outlook, and also Outlook will certainly think this is the first time it has actually connected to the user"s mailbox.

Tbelow must only be one OST file for the user in question.
