You should provide more information around the difficulty, ex:

1. are you trying to boot installation media to install windows?

2. If you have installation media (USB/DVD) have actually you tried repair options?

3. did you adjust the order of boot in BIOS (for what ever reason)?

Otherwise please describe your difficulty in even more detail around what you are trying to execute.

This is a link to the manual. Starting on p.97, it lists the accessible BIOS options:

https://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/inspiron-17-3785-laptop_service-manual_en-us.pdf

Before the difficulty occurred, did you change any kind of BIOS settings? Did anything else readjust just before the problem happened?

You might be looking at a failed drive, or it could be a settings issue. Is the difficult drive detected in BIOS?

If you run the built-in Dell Diagnostics, does it detect any tough drive problems: Rebegin the computer and also begin tapping the F12 switch to enter Diagnostics.
