My cousin provided me the parts and also I can't call him, however on the gigabyte website it states it's a gpu or monitor error and I've tried replacing both of those and it doesn't work.

I don't think its a monitor or gpu error because vie tried 2 of each. Same difficulty.

Try to re-seat the ram, occurred to me and that resolved it
